terms of service

General Rules:
-18+ buyers only
-PayPal, Venmo or Cashapp only
-DO NOT trace/copy/ heavily reference my art
-DO NOT blur my watermark and claim unsold characters as your own
-When purchased, you own rights to the character NOT the artwork
-DO NOT claim you made it yourself
- If posted, credit must link back to my page. (any platform)
-No refunds, all transactions are final!$15-$25 Regular Adopt Rules:
-No commercial rights to the character
-DO NOT resell for a higher price unless it comes with additional art
-You may change some aspects of their outfit, but not the entire character$150-$200 VTuber Adopt Rules:
-Commercial rights to the character
-CAN NOT change any aspects of the design

Flat Sale: price is listed
BTA: bid to adopt
OTA: offer to adopt
DTA: draw to adopt
TTA: trade to adopt
NTA: name to adopt
FCFS: first come first serve
NYP: Name Your Price
UFT: Up-for-Trade
LF/LFO: Looking-For and Looking-for-Offers
RAFFLE: A way of adoption where you follow the rules ('fave the adoptable', 'comment and say this-or-that'...) and then the winner is chosen with a random number generator.
PRE-SET: Your everyday kind of adoptable, a complete design with no possibility of editing.
CUSTOM: A character you order from an adoptable artist. Usually color design and accessories are fully customizable/editable but the base can be the same.
